I don't lead with adjectives. I lead with what actually moved. Here's a snapshot of the results I've delivered across enterprise software, industrial manufacturing, and B2B eCommerce.
Simio (Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing)
Across three roles at Simio spanning nearly a decade, I built the company's marketing function from the ground up and later scaled it into a modern, AI-enabled organization. That included a full migration from WordPress to HubSpot CMS, a rebuild of simio.com on a scalable platform, and growing Simio Sync from a 75-person event into an 800-attendee flagship global conference. Along the way, organic search impressions grew 413%, website users grew 291% year over year, and academic adoption expanded from 650 to over 1,200 institutions.
TROY Group
As Director of Marketing, I managed a multimillion-dollar budget and a team of six, delivering 125%+ to budget on the company's Shopify online store by modernizing the customer experience and introducing bundling and subscribe-and-save strategies. I also reduced customer acquisition cost by restructuring paid search toward Google Performance Max, and grew web traffic 15% and leads 51.4% within six months.
Orange Logic
As Head of Marketing Operations, I doubled website traffic through SEO and content optimization, built and launched a new company website, and improved lead generation through more disciplined Google Ads and LinkedIn execution, all with a team of four.
What these numbers have in common
None of these results came from a single campaign or a clever hack. They came from rebuilding the underlying systems, the CMS, the CRM, the attribution model, the operating rhythm, so that good work could compound instead of resetting every quarter. That's the pattern I bring into every new organization.
